Terms and Conditions: Exotic Erotic EXPO
For the EXPO portion of the two-day Festival, which takes place Friday, October 22, from 4 p.m. to midnight, and Saturday, October 23, from noon to 6 p.m., photographers and media personal will be automatically added to the ALL ACCESS press list upon pre-registration.
You MUST pre-register. To receive the EXPO PHOTOGRAPHER CREDENTIAL, you still must complete and submit the Photography Contract and provide copies of your images within ten days of the show.
Your name will be on the PRESS WILL CALL list at the main entrance to the Expo, during Expo Hours. You will submit your Photography Contract at the press desk.
Remember - the preceding was for the Expo, not the Ball.

For the BALL, which takes place Saturday, October 23, from 8 p.m. til 2 a.m., we are much more restrictive, so PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
Freelance Photographers - The BALL is fortunate to have developed relationships with a small group of freelance photographers over the years - you know who you are, and for the most part, we know who you are and have already invited you to shoot the event. We value these relationships, but we are not in need of more photographers to shoot the 31st Anniversary Ball. If you are one of the freelance photographers who has shot the Ball in the past, provided copies of your images which the Ball has used, and somehow been overlooked in the invitation process, contact us and we will review your application for ALL ACCESS admission.
To all others: A few years ago, we loosened the policy about allowing camera's into the event. You do not need a pass to roam the event and shoot - any ticket-holder can do this. So - if you are a ticket-holding Freelance photographer looking to shoot the event, you may contact us for a PHOTOGRAPHER CREDENTIAL, which will increase your access points, and can be acquired at the Press Room onsite. This PHOTOGRAPHER CREDENTIAL will NOT get you entry into the BALL - only the ticket you purchased will do that. To receive this PHOTOGRAPHER CREDENTIAL, you still must complete and submit the Photography Contract and provide copies of your images within ten days of the show.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide credentials for photographer assistants. No exceptions. They must purchase either a General Admission or VIP Ticket.
If you are a journalist or photographer on assignment from a mainstream media outlet, such as a magazine or a newspaper, you MUST provide a hardcopy assignment letter from your editor detailing pre and post coverage specifics, outline, and/or commitment to be comped admission and approved for ALL ACCESS PRESS and/or PHOTOGRAPHER CREDENTIALS. If you are a journalist or freelance photographer on assignment from a Blog or online EZine, your media outlet must feature advance coverage about the 31st Anniversary Exotic Erotic Ball in order to be considered for a comped admission and granted ALL ACCESS PRESS and/or PHOTOGRAPHER CREDENTIALS.
Once again, you can always buy a ticket and shoot the event on your own, with access to all points accessible to all ticket-holders.
